I'm currently accepting new members in my small group FUNctional training sessions. Options for either two or three times per week, or drop in.
Mix and match days are possible on request, if your schedule doesn't suit my fixed times, but you want to commit for the month.

These small groups are a way to successfully and sustainably add regular, functional strength and conditioning training to your lifestyle.
In my boutique, private gym space, I host small groups of up to 5 or 6 people at a time.
These are not classes where it's necessary to follow and keep up with the instructor or group, but rather a semi-private training session, where everyone is free to work at their own pace and ability level.
I do post a workout each day, with modifications where needed. Most people work at this together, but there is no need to do so - I am always on hand to offer corrections, modifications and alternatives where needed.
Relying on the psychological principles of my Life Coaching work, I can modulate my approach so every client will feel heard and understood.
You are the expert on your own body - I am here to help you get the best from it.
The social aspect is important and I work hard to form regular, close groups who train together and support one another.
If you're not really a "gym person" but you understand that some kind of resistance training is critical for your long term health outcomes, this is the place for you.
Regular gym-goers who want to work a little harder and would like a more private, tailored functional training experience will also be very happy here!
If you already have a group of friends who would like to train together, contact me about fixing a private group time.
These groups run indefinitely, so once full, availability can be rare.
